FULL AUTOMATIC CIP (CLEAN-IN-PLACE) OF MICRO BREWERY

The CIP(clean-in-place) is used for clean the tanks in the process system, also include cleaning the brewery vessels. 

We are building up a four vessel CIP SKID Automatic system for the brewing system, includes: Acid Tank, Caustic Tank, Fresh Rinse Tank, CIP Recovery Tank, SKID frame, Plate Heat Exchanger and Full-auto control system.

Tanks Specifications and Producing Standard

Top conical head:
• One top manway
• One water inlet
• One CIP return port
• One overflow tube
 
Side wall:
• One Chemical adding hole
• One temperature sensor in thermowell, 1/2” Tri-clamp connection
• One liquid level sensor, 1 1/2” Tri-clamp connection
 
Slopped cone bottom:
• One outlet
• One tank discharge(2” manually butterfly)
 
Additional details:
• 75 mm mineral wool insulation
• Mounted on three cylindrical legs with adjustable feet
 
Vessel specifications:
• Design pressure, atmospheric
• Material, 304 stainless steel
• Inside finish, #2B, Ra<32
• External finish, #4
• Insides welds, removed and polished to #4
• Outside welds, clean with heat stain removed
